We can only take up appointment booking in exceptional cases. Normally booking appointments in person is encouraged. Small amount of deposit is needed to freeze on appointment. To cancel, they need 48 hours notice or deposit would be deeming to be lost. Tattoos or piercing can be done only to the age at 18 or above.
